Guild rules

This is simple list of rules for members of guild. List is done assuming who reads it can also read a bit in between lines. We are group of people, who wants to be nice to each other and generally enjoy pleasant gameplay.

Looting:
Ninjas are not welcome in guild. So if you are caught ninjaing items with proof, you will be kicked from guild instantly without any warning.

Small group rules:
You should not need on stuff you are going to sell or for trade goods that can be sold. You can only need on recipes you will use. Doing otherwise will be considered as ninja-looting. Be nice and respectful towards other group members.

Chat:
Never spam the chat (dont post damage meters too much, we all know you rock them, dont post excessive loot information and similar). Dont swear. We are international guild, so please in Guild chat speak only english.

Activity:
If you are offline more then 5 days without letting us know of it (best in attendance forum), you can be kicked from guild. Its officers decision.
Any alt that is inactive for more than 15 days from it’s main counts as inactive. As a rule of thumb former member ranked players are first demoted to social (loosing raid spot) and then kicked if afking for too long.
Minimum raid attendance should be at least 2x @ week (progress raids). That means signed and ready for raid (online on time, etc.).

Trial, promotions and demotions:
Trial (“peon” as we call it) period is anything from 1-4 weeks in general. Peon can be considered for promotion after showing and proving reasons why he was invited. He will be discussed by officers. If there will be reasons for demotion (slacky raid performance etc.) player is demoted to social rank and will loose raid spot.

PUGs:
Raiding with pickup groups or as fillers in other guild runs is not allowed for current tier raid. Exceptions can be made only after discussing with officer/raid leader (in general no PUGs wed-sat). Not following this rule will result in removal from guild (trials) or demotion (members).

Raids:
To raids come prepared (without that it means no loot) – that means:
- know strategies from Learn2raid + know our modifications posted in our forum (running around like headless chicken and forcing raid leader to scream your name will result in raidkick).
- be 100% repaired
- have consumables (flasks/elixirs, potions, food) & reagents for 3-4 hours in raid (4 flasks, 2 stacks of potions and buff food)
- have “must-have” addons (big wigs, decursive, etc.)
- be connected on VT (TS) and at least listening (and not having music playing in background, raid will notice your lower performance)
- raidchat – times that you are quiet: during bossfights and looting of items (only done by the raidleader, noone else) the raidchat will be kept empty.
- AFK – its understandable that if something comes up very urgent, you can go afk, but dont make a habit out of it. You are expected to focus between 20:00 and 24:00 without afks. We will make short break in middle of raid (around 22:00) so people can take breath of fresh air, go to toilet, fetch drink etc.

Also, talk preferably english (we are international guild so its understandable that on VT (TS) can be heard lot of different languages) and dont be shy if there is something to say, say it.

Friends:
If you share your account with your friends or family you are responsible for their actions.
